Breydon had his last day of baseball clinic on Tuesday. Mamaw and Papaw came to watch! He got another "base hit" and ran the bases...after he found them! ha He had a good time and I'm glad that he enjoyed playing. We're so proud of you, Bubby!Mamaw and Papaw, thank you so much coming to watch. The excitement on his face when he saw you said it all!

A HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!
I know I'm late in my posting, but I haven't had much computer time lately. I wanted to share some photos from a wonderful Mother's Day. My morning started out with Breydon taking me to McDonald's for breakfast! That's exactly where he wanted to take me. That's our usually date spot! ha Then, despite my back going out and John spraining his ankle, I think our family get together was a success. Deb, thank you for stopping by to wish me a Happy Mother's Day. It meant the world to me. To my family, thank you for making my day special. I love you all.

Yes, my husband is still wearing this ugly shirt....:(

PROUD PARENTS!
As you know, Breydon has been attending baseball clinic at the YMCA. He loves it! When the coach asked who wanted to bat first, Bubby walked right up to the tee. I was worried because I didn’t know how he was gonna do being the first one up and with everyone staring at him. Well, no need to worry... He got a base hit!!! He was so excited! Of course, you would have thought that he was in a real game with the way that I acted. Poor kid! Good job, Bubby! Mommy and Daddy are so proud of you!!!

BUBBYISMS
1) Breydon and I ate dinner with Mom and Dad while John was at a golf outing. Breydon leaned over to me and said, "Mommy, Mamaw's name is Debbie." I said, "I know. Do you know Papaw's name?" He thought for a moment then said, "Spence!" I said, "Yes. Now what is Mommy's name?" He said, "Mother." I laughed then said, "What's Daddy's name?" Without any hesitation at all he said, "John." I think he probably hears me hollering that name quite often. There'd better be no comment, Honey!!!
2) Breydon was in the kitchen. He was walking away from me while he was talking to me and ran right into the corner of our bar. After checking to make sure that he was okay, I did my best to try to console him. I said, "Buddy, you need to be careful." He said, "Okay, Mom." He wanted to watch TV in our room so we headed to the bedroom. He was still upset and started to hop onto our bed. He didn't take a big enough jump and started to fall off. I must have looked at him with an expression of wanting him to be careful. He just held up his hand (as in the talk-to-the-hand mode) and said, "Mommy, it was all part of the plan."
3) Breydon had Gymboree on Wednesday night. While he was there he had to use the restroom. I was so proud of him for telling the teacher that he had to use the restroom. I happened to think that he's never really had anyone take him to the restroom but family. When we got into the car after class, I asked him how his restroom trip went with Ms. Carol. He said, "Okay. Oh, wait a minute, it didn't go okay." I said, "Well, Buddy, what happened?" He said in his dramatic way, "Well, Mom, I pottied all over the place and it went all over her socks!" Hope we're allowed back in the doors next week!
PLAY BALL!
It's that time of year! Well, we wouldn't really know that with all of the rain that we've been having! Breydon is so excited to play baseball. He recently started a baseball clinic at the YMCA and John has been working with him. Uncle Lane, we need some help!!! :) Check out the photos below. Watch out Cubs...here comes Breydon Eisele!!!
He loves his helmet. He couldn't wait to wear it. Although
you wouldn't have guessed that when looking at this photo!
